This would be amazing in VR to look down as your body is transformed into a woman and have the mistress fuck and pleasure you either strapon or even better as a transexual.

I know this hasn't been posted in for a long time, but I just came here to make the same suggestion. Transformation seems very fitting for this game, many of the experiences seem like they could lead to something like gender transformation. Transgender changes would be amazing, since animations wouldn't need to be changed to account for the difference in genitalia.
