Made a purchase didnt recive any code or link to my email

Today around 12 PM I made a purchase with my visa I receive notification that my payment has been made but didn't receive any email.

Did you get your link, I know I bought the game, got the charge email then my bank called me to see if it was fradulent or not then while on the phone with my bank the link email with serial finally came in a few minutes later.
