How do I get new Versions?

So I bought the game for $39 and i want to know, how i am able to get newer versions of the game when they are going to be released.

Hey Guys,
sorry for the delayed answer.
At the moment is our full Focus on the Amoreon Release.
After some Fixes and Updates we will full focus on Femdomination.
