A scene (or more scenes) with an audience would be really great, I think a lot of people leaning towards domination also lean towards exhibitionism. In Slave there are some statues of woman at the edge of the screen, these could also have appeared to be female onlookers, for instance, adding some extra tension. So some scenes with some non participation observers, try it out. It would really add something.
The temple is nice, but after one walk through people will use the menu instead. That is a shame. Add some people walking the hallways to make it appear more like a club, more alive. Some woman and perhaps men walking the corridor, or maybe even doing something sexual, making the temple a bit more interesting. It seems to me an easy thing to add.
