Fix for white screen video and missing sound

I had no voice over at the first video, and the second one was completely white. I tried changing the default audio device, but that not the issue., Its a codec issue.

For me, installing k-lite codec pack fixed both issues!

Installing that codec pack seems to do the trick yeh we're investigating now how we can make it work without you guys needing to do anything extra.. We'll keep you posted!

How do you use the codec pack to play the videos?

Just installing the pack sould be enough.
The codecs should be used automatically.
