Stuck at intro sequence

Hello,

I tried running the program but I can't get out of the room I start in. None of the controls from either the readme file or the startup configuration controls are doing anything. Please help, this game looks amazing. I would love to try it out.

Is it the room where there is a message on the door and the statues read you the message?

There is a door with an imprint of three women on it and there's a faint glow in the middle. There are no statues and no message on the door however...

This door (http://i.imgur.com/taE4LMe.jpg)? Face directly at the 'door open' button on the left. You will hear a beeping noise and a voice. Keep looking at it, and once it turns green the door will open.

Hi same as guy before,in the demo,it says to hit x or y to open the door><,none of this works so i can't proceed

That's the first door. You need to listen to the whole message before pressing X/Y.
