Sorry for asking but i couldnt find it anywhere.
If you bought the game are future updates also included on Patreon and with CC bill?
Why is there a price difference?

Yes in both ways you get the same Game and Key.
The Idea behind this different ways and prices is that you maybe want to stay with us ;)

The game is one build, so when the updates are released, everyone will get it.
