I wanted to share with you _the_ most effective combination of binaural sounds and erotic noises I've found up today for me (includes a heart beat which gets faster and faster at the end). Maybe you can use some of it as inspiration
I've this used technique a couple of times when remixing hypnosis audios with binaural sounds and it has made almost every audio infinitely better (for me that is - of course others might not have the same experience).
