First, thanks for your wonderful work. I love that app!
My suggestion is: what about being kept in cage by mistresses? You could make a big room with a small cage around the player. Or a small cell with wooden door and a slamm window on it, making you just able to wait, listen scary/kinky sounds and see mistresses pass in dark hall.
Oh and it could be nice to make the player able to walk in his cage/cell, and why not a script that stop the scene if you go through the "wall", as a punishment ;p
