did not get the download link

I have bought the full game yesterday, but never received an email from you about a download link. (i got the confirmation email from ccbill).
I saw this problem came up before with previous posts, so as you suggested i sent an email to info@citor3.com

I haven't received any reply yet. Sorry if i'm sounding a bit needy but i really wanted to try it this weekend
