Title: Lags with Vive?

The game renders over 1 million polygons per frame. If you have any performance issues,
open up SteamVR settings, applications-> Application resolution and dial it down to 80%. No visible VR quality change, but massive performance boost.

Few other tweaks: Video, motion smoothing, tick off. Supersampling, set to manual, dial down to 70%. Still no remarkable visual change, massive performance boost.
