I have purchased a game yesterday but still didn't receive a download link or activation code.
I have contacted info@citor3.com with my order number but no respond from there neither.

The same has happened to me too. I purchased the game on the 10th and I sent an email as well. Now it's the 14th and I still have not recieved an email response or download link.

sorry for the late response.

I think your Problems should be "closed" now.

If not please resend your Emails. Normally we answer our Mails nearly Daily.
