so my copy of windows had a complete fart, and pretty much lost the ability to disable my key before i re enable on a new computer, sent an email with my key to info@citor3.com and haven't received a respond yet, have i used the right email ?

Yes that's the correct mail address... when did you sent your mail? Could you perhaps forward that one to info@citor3.com and chriss@citor3.com?
We will replace that key asap!
