Hey sorry to be a bother but I made a purchase earlier of the full game and got a confirmation email from ccbill but no email from you with my copy of the game. i don't know if i'm just being unreasonable with time or if its a glitch in your system.

Dont be sorry :) We try to act as quick as possible on issues like this.

Have you sent us a mail at info@citor3.com? We can investigate there when you give us your subscription ID. Normally it takes up to 15 mins to get your license key after the purchase has been made. With that ID we can see if something went wrong with the transaction.
