Cleaned and enabled link censorship!

1. I'm trying to fight spam.
Deleted some spam bots and probably fucked up some links. I tried to censor links but it censored our own links now too. Shit.  ;D

2. I deleted all users with 0 posts and who were inactive for more than 365 days.
